The Christmas spirit is guaranteed when some of Herning’s most talented singers and musicians strike up the tones for the most beloved holiday of the year. It all takes place on 20 December 2025 at MCH Herning Kongrescenter, where Herning’s new musical Christmas tradition, the concert ‘Dejlig er Jorden’, fills the concert hall and the audience’s hearts with beautiful Christmas music, warmth, and anticipation.

Look forward to a grand musical Christmas experience

The music will once again be performed by Herning Boys’ Choir, MidtVest Girls’ Choir, and Ensemble MidtVest – along with guest soloists, whom we look forward to presenting later.

An abundant repertoire awaits, with both new and old, classical and jazzy, cheerful and melancholic pieces – in short, the full spectrum of Christmas moods, so children and adults alike can leave the concert with familiar tunes in their ears, stunning visual scenes in their minds, and heartfelt experiences of the Christmas season.
