Terms of Payment
When you book overnight stays via OrgaNicer, the following terms of payment apply:
Payments are made with debit card, credit card, or via bank transfer. Payments with debit card or credit card are subject to a fee in accordance with the terms stated below.
It is possible to pay via MobilePay, using the number 43318.
Remember to add your invoice number in the comment section, when using MobilePay.
Information about Credit Card Payment Fees:
Commercial cards issued within or outside of the EU/EEA as well as private payment cards issued outside of the EU/EEA will be charged a fee, which will appear on your receipt. The fee rate varies depending on the type of card and the issuing country. All transactions with American Express cards will be charged a fee.

Arrival at Bed & Breakfasts between 6pm and 8pm. If you require a different arrival time, please contact the landlord directly. The phone number for your landlord can be found on your booking confirmation. Please contact the holiday home landlord to get the keys for your holiday home. The phone number and address for your landlord can be found on your booking confirmation. During Bed & Breakfast stays, breakfast, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Stays in holiday homes are subject to a cleaning charge of DKK 600. If you are staying in holiday homes, breakfast, bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price.
During stays in flats, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Breakfast is NOT included in the price.
Cancellation of or changes to stays at a Bed & Breakfast, flats, and holiday homes
If a notification of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 25% of the total cost. If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive no refund. Changes to your online booking will be charged an administration fee of DKK 75.00.
Booking of campsites by MCH
Prices include electricity, water and the use of toilet and showering facilities. Check in is possible after 3pm. Check out is before 10am on the day of departure. If you wish to be placed next to specific neighbours on the site, this must be stated on the same booking, otherwise this cannot be guaranteed.
Campsites can only be booked and paid for online.
Cancellation of or changes to booking of campsite
If a notification of cancellation is received 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 25% of the total cost. If cancellation is received less than 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive no refund.
Booking of hotel stays
Breakfast is always included in the price. The room is generally available from 3pm on the arrival date. Should you arrive later than 10pm, please inform the hotel. The phone number of the hotel can be found on your booking confirmation.
Cancellations of or changes to individual hotel reservations
If cancellation occurs more than 15 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund, of your payment, however, an administration fee of DKK 75,00 for refunding of any deposit, will be charged. If a notification of cancellation is received between 14 and 3 days prior to the arrival date, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 25% of the total cost. If cancellation is received 2 days before the arrival date, you will receive no refund.
Group Hotel Reservations (more than 10 nights in total)
Please note that the following cancellation terms are indicative. The specific cancellation terms will always be stated in the final agreement. Please contact OrgaNicer for further information on tel. +45 96 27 22 27.
· Until 60 days prior to the arrival date, the entire group can be cancelled free of charge.
· After this point in time, no more than 50% of the reservation can be cancelled in accordance with the following rules:
· Until 30 days prior to the arrival date, up to 30% of the original number of reservations can be cancelled free of charge
· Until 15 days prior to the arrival date, up to 10% of the original number of reservations can be cancelled free of charge
· Until 7 days prior to the arrival date, up to 3% of the original number of reservations can be cancelled free of charge
· Until 3 days prior to the arrival date, up to 1% of the original number of reservations can be cancelled free of charge In the case of later cancellations than what is stated above, full payment will be charged for the additional number of cancelled rooms.
In the case of no shows, late arrivals or early departures, the hotel is entitled to compensation corresponding to the full price of the complete, booked event.
A cancellation is when a customer wholly or partly makes a cancellation, reduction, relocation, or similar changes to the agreed upon hotel services. Hotel packages can only be cancelled in full. All cancellations must occur in writing to OrgaNicer on weekdays before 3pm. Important! If you book more than one hotel, the booked hotels are to be considered as individual hotels, and the abovementioned payment terms apply for each hotel.
OrgaNicer solely arranges the rental of camping facilities, rooms, flats, and holiday homes between the tenant and the landlord. Therefore, OrgaNicer is not liable in the event of cancellation/change or non-delivery of the abovementioned services and their condition. OrgaNicer does not accept any business liability for this.
OrgaNicer uses the Picasso booking system from AK Techotel. When you make a reservation via OrgaNicer, the data you enter is transferred to and saved in OrgaNicer’s internal IT systems and disclosed to AK Techotel for further processing. OrgaNicer is the data controller and AK Techotel the data processor, with whom OrgaNicer has a processor agreement.
The personal data processed by OrgaNicer are business name, name, address, email address and phone number. In addition, sensitive personal data may be entered in the comments field, e.g. dietary restrictions and any physical considerations or disabilities. The data is used to handle your booking and communicate with the place of accommodation and transport operator about the booking.
OrgaNicer does not disclose the personal data to third parties. The only exceptions to this are third parties who use the data by order of OrgaNicer, e.g. a hotel, private letter or similar.
If you want to have any sensitive personal data deleted after your stay, you are responsible for notifying the third party of this.
In accordance with applicable law on the handling of accounting data, OrgaNicer stores your data for up to five years after your stay. Sensitive personal data is deleted from OrgaNicer’s internal IT systems and Picasso no later than three months after your stay.
Under the provisions of the Danish Data Protection Act, you are always entitled to see the data OrgaNicer has registered about you and to object to this. You will find the legislation on personal data at www.retsinformation.dk.
