Yoga and brunch - with Annemette Linneberg

A Morning in Zen – with Yoga and Sourdough Rolls.

Bring yourself and your yoga mat – and maybe a friend, a sister, or a stiff-legged uncle who could use a good stretch and a delicious brunch.

Annemette Linneberg from Linneberg Yoga will guide you through 1.5 hours of Iyengar yoga focusing on strength and body awareness. The class is designed so everyone can join, regardless of age or physical condition.

After yoga (9:00–10:30 am), brunch will be served at the red tables in the Dining Hall.
Here you can enjoy a brunch plate with:

  • Sourdough pumpkin roll with whipped butter

  • North Sea cheese and preserves

  • Egg muffin with greens and rye bread crunch

  • Yoghurt with homemade granola

  • Cinnamon bun and fruit salad

  • Plus coffee, tea, and juice ad libitum

REMEMBER
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and – if you have them – yoga blocks.
