Join us for a warm and inspiring weekend filled with community singing, heartfelt moments and musical storytelling at Højhuset Kulturhotel. With its history as a folk high school and its charming 1960s architecture, the house offers a calming atmosphere that invites guests to slow down, connect and enjoy the simple joy of singing together.

Ole Jørgensen welcomes you to a cosy singing retreat, where we explore everything from classic folk high school songs to beloved Danish evergreens – and even a touch of Elvis. The weekend includes shared meals, engaging talks, a small excursion and plenty of time to enjoy the company of fellow music lovers.

7:30–9:30 – Breakfast for overnight guests

9:45 – Excursion: Singing visit to Gødstrup Hospital Church and viewing of the Laila Westergaard installation
12:00 – Lunch in the Dining Hall
13:00 – Request Concert: participants choose songs and share small stories
13:45 – Coffee/tea break with something sweet
14:00 – Additional song requests… and shared singing to say THANK YOU
