Twenty-five years ago, Rasmus Nøhr walked into the Mermaid Records office in the heart of Copenhagen with his guitar and a box of songs. Within moments, he had captivated everyone present with his music about love – and soon after, he touched the hearts of audiences all over Denmark.
That summer day, the box contained songs such as Det Glade Pizzabud (The Happy Pizza Boy) and early demos that later became his greatest hit Sommer i Europa (Summer in Europe). Since then, he has released many singles for national radio and has been one of the most frequently played Danish artists on DR.
Rasmus Nøhr is a true troubadour and traveler. Just when you think you can place him on one shelf in life, he sets out again, exploring new paths. Out of these journeys come songs filled with sincerity – about love, longing, and the moments that matter. After spending the last few years on another such journey, Rasmus Nøhr returns in 2025 with a brand-new album. This autumn, together with his band, he takes it on tour: Time for Miracles.
