Martin Kanstrup is a crowd favorite in Herning—so much so that this extra show has been added to the schedule. Experience the entertainer, troubadour, and musician Martin Kanstrup at MCH Herning Congress Center on Thursday, January 15, 2026, as he takes the stage with his unique blend of music and humor.

Inspired by legends such as De Nattergale, Allan Olsen, and Niels Hausgaard, Martin has created a show that is both entertaining and heartwarming. His previous show, TRÆLS, elevated his name to new heights, selling over 22,000 tickets and selling out venues across the country. Now, he’s ready to delight Herning audiences with his new show. Expect musical everyday poetry that will have both men and women laughing and recognizing themselves in his stories.

In Martin’s world, everyday life becomes comedy as he shares quirky tales in the distinctive Thybomål dialect. He makes women laugh at men, and men laugh at themselves, as he takes us on a journey through his life filled with humorous observations and eccentric characters.

His shows are a mix of singalongs and sharp observations about life—where a man loves his wife Grethe because she can reverse a trailer, and where friendships face crises when Leif suddenly gets a girlfriend.

Get ready for a night of humor, music, and relatable anecdotes that will leave you smiling long after the show ends.
