Experience Street Art in Brande – Long After the Festival

The 9th edition of the International Street Art Festival in Brande took place on June 28–29, 2025 – once again transforming the town’s streets into a vibrant open-air gallery of colour, creativity and stunning 3D illusions. International street artists visited Brande to create impressive artworks directly on the town’s squares and pavements – right in the heart of the lively city centre.

Although the festival weekend is now over, you can still experience the many unique artworks. The colourful and creative street art pieces remain on display throughout the town centre and will be visible well into the autumn – until weather and time slowly wash them away. So don’t wait too long if you want to see them!

This year’s festival also featured the unveiling of a spectacular new gable mural – the largest of its kind in Brande – created as a tribute to the town’s 850th anniversary. This permanent artwork can, of course, still be admired, and it joins the long line of iconic murals that have shaped Brande’s identity since 1968.
