Musical Nostalgia and Togetherness: “High Sun Over Aarhus”
Step into a musical time machine and relive the vibrant atmosphere of Aarhus’ golden decades when MCH Herning Kongrescenter presents High Sun Over Aarhus on February 18, 2026.
Home to Aarhus
This performance is an engaging and heartfelt tribute to the music from the City of Smiles — a time when Aarhus truly made its mark on Denmark’s music culture and became the country’s music capital. From here came a wave of hits from artists like TV-2, Gnags, Lis Sørensen, Anne Linnet, Thomas Helmig, H.U.G., and many more.
High Sun Over Aarhus is both a concert and a story. It tells of triumph, success, and the day it all faded from the charts. It is the tale of a city with a unique sound and soul, and of the generation that shaped an era through song and togetherness.
With over 40 unforgettable hits, the evening promises a mix of nostalgia, energy, and community spirit. Expect touching moments and pure party vibes when High Sun Over Aarhus comes to MCH Herning Kongrescenter on February 18, 2026.
