Halloween at Klosterlund Museum
October 24, 2025, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Is the old peat worker returning?
Autumn is drawing to a close, and darkness settles over the forest and the lake. It’s time for Halloween. Klosterlund Museum invites you to a cozy—and a little spooky—experience at the museum.
You will be welcomed by the peat worker’s widow, who will send you out into the twilight to solve tasks. Perhaps you will meet the ghost of the peat worker?
After the frightening tour in the dark, there will be an opportunity to get a little something to strengthen yourself with – “bog water” and roasted “mouse brains” do wonders for hungry stomachs.
The doors open at 5 PM while it is still light, but as the evening falls, the museum will be enveloped in darkness. Feel free to bring a flashlight and come in costume.
Halloween at Klosterlund Museum is a family activity primarily aimed at the youngest members of the family—up to about 11 years old. There are tasks to be solved, and the family can help each other along the way.
