Evening Event at Højhuset

Højhuset invites you to a special evening featuring selected dishes from their seasonal celebration menus. The evening begins with welcome drinks in the fireplace lounge, where you can also explore the beautifully decorated rooms prepared for festive occasions.

Dinner is then served in the dining hall at your own table. The menu focuses on carefully selected ingredients and well-balanced flavors.

The menu includes fried white fish with braised fennel, goat cheese, spinach and seeds, served with homemade bread and whipped butter. This is followed by Danish lamb with couscous, mint yogurt, grilled peppers and butter-fried corn, accompanied by a seasonal salad. Dessert is raspberry mousse on a brownie base with coulis.

Three glasses of wine are included during the evening: a welcome drink, white wine and red wine.

After dinner, guests are welcome to stay in the fireplace lounge and continue the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
