Concert with Akademisk Kor Århus, MidtVest Girls' Choir & Herning Church Boys' Choir

On May 14, 2025, Akademisk Kor Århus will visit Herning, where we, together with MidtVest Girls' Choir and Herning Church Boys' Choir, will perform a concert in Herning Church. Before the concert, the choirs will have sung together and met each other across ensembles. Perhaps the audience will even witness new budding choir friendships in the eyes of the singers during the concert!

MidtVest Girls' Choir, Herning Church Boys' Choir, and Akademisk Kor Århus will join forces to perform the newly composed piece Frydeligt med Jubelkor—written by AKÅ's conductor, Jonas Rasmussen—as a preview of October 4, 2025, when up to 400 choir singers will take the stage in the Symphonic Hall at Musikhuset Aarhus to perform the piece together.
