On January 9, 2027, experience DR’s Sport 2026 at Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning. Look forward to an evening celebrating the 2026 sporting year with leading Danish sports personalities, awards, live music and a shared appreciation of Danish sport.
Sport 2026 brings Danish sport together for DR’s annual celebration at Jyske Bank Boxen. The evening honours some of the year’s leading sports personalities and most impressive achievements while also highlighting the people working behind the scenes to support and develop Danish sport.
The evening will also feature musical performances by Danish artists, with the names to be announced later. As tradition dictates, the event concludes with the induction of a new member into the Sportens Hall of Fame.
Sport 2026 is presented by DR in collaboration with MCH A/S, the National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark (DIF), and Team Danmark. The show will be broadcast live on DR1.
