International Street Art Festival 2026

At the end of June, Brande once again transforms into a vibrant, open-air art gallery as the 10th edition of the International Street Art Festival takes place from 26 to 28 June 2026.
The festival brings together professional street artists from Denmark and abroad, who create new and spectacular artworks directly on the town’s gables, squares and façades. Over just a few days, you can watch the art come to life – from the first sketches to impressive, finished murals.
Experience the artists at work
During the festival, the artists work live in the streets, allowing visitors to follow the entire creative process. It creates a truly special atmosphere as the town’s walls are transformed into colourful stories, and as a guest you can get up close to the techniques, details and creative universes behind the artworks.
Brande already has a strong tradition of mural art and is well known as a town of art. The street art festival builds on this heritage and adds new, international expressions to the urban landscape.
A family-friendly festival with creative activities
The festival is for the whole family. In 2026, there is once again a special focus on street art for children, where kids can take part in creative workshops and receive guidance from skilled instructors.
This gives young visitors the opportunity to try street art themselves and become part of the festival’s colourful universe.
