Herning will welcome a brand-new and unique festival experience when HEDEN LIVE takes place on 21–22 August 2026 at the Sports Grounds by Herning KFUM. The festival is created as a vibrant meeting place where music, food, atmosphere and community come together in the heart of the city – and where both locals and visitors can experience the very best of the Danish cultural scene in calm and intimate surroundings.

HEDEN LIVE is not just a music festival – it is an experience festival. Here, you can enjoy music from some of Denmark’s most beloved and exciting artists, street food with a focus on local and sensory taste experiences, as well as cosy areas such as HEDENS HAVE featuring long-table dinners and space for great conversations. The festival setting is designed to create a break from everyday life and make room for the moments that make summer unforgettable.

The programme for the very first edition features artists such as D-A-D, Suspekt, Saveus, Blæst, Poul Krebs, Annika Aakjær and Sofie1998, offering a broad musical profile that appeals to both younger and older festivalgoers – from rock and pop to singer-songwriter music with intimacy and sing-along spirit.

The festival’s vision is clear: to create more music, more food, more Herning and more of everything we love, in an atmosphere where it is easy to be together – without chasing the next thing, but with a focus on being present in the moment.

In addition to a strong line-up of artists, HEDEN LIVE offers flavourful culinary experiences, cosy communal areas and an atmosphere that makes it the perfect setting to spend the entire weekend with friends, family or colleagues in Central Jutland.
