
Yoga and brunch – with Annemette Linneberg

Yoga and brunch is a morning event where participants first take part in a yoga session and then gather for brunch in the dining hall.
Annemette Linneberg from Linneberg Yoga leads the session, guiding participants through 1.5 hours of Iyengar yoga focusing on strength and body awareness. The class is designed so everyone can participate regardless of age or physical level.
After the yoga session from 09.00 to 10.30, brunch is served at the red tables in the dining hall. The brunch plate includes sourdough pumpkin bun with whipped butter, Vesterhavs cheese with preserves, egg muffin with vegetables and rye crunch, yoghurt with homemade granola, cinnamon swirl and fruit salad. Coffee, tea and juice are available ad libitum.
The event combines physical activity with relaxation and offers a shared experience in calm surroundings.
Participants must bring their own yoga mat, blanket and optionally yoga blocks.
