Songs We Love to Hate… Singalong Concert
June 3, 2026 at 19.30 - 21.00.
Songs We Love to Hate… is a singalong concert for everyone who knows the songs people may not always admit they actually enjoy. On this Wednesday evening, Højhuset Kulturhotel invites guests to join a concert where the audience sings along to a wide range of well-known classics.
The evening is led by vocalist Ole Jørgensen, joined by Jesper Bauder on keyboard and Thomas Ousager on percussion. Together, they create the setting for a festive and shared concert experience. The programme includes songs such as Ta’ med ud og fisk, Smilende Sussi, Himmelhunden, Den knaldrøde gummibåd, Rør ved mig, Bare der er sol i dine øjne and Kald det kærlighed, along with many other popular singalong favourites.
This event is not about judging musical taste. It is about singing together, enjoying the moment and sharing a fun experience with others. Guests can look forward to an evening of familiar melodies, community singing and a warm atmosphere.
It is also possible to extend the evening by joining a shared dinner in the dining hall before the concert. A sharefood dish made from local, seasonal ingredients will be served, and drinks can be purchased at the bar before dinner.
