ANGLI UNIKA – a conversation salon about the Herning shirt

Højhuset invites you to a conversation salon where designer Jens Damgaard Laugesen and Lotte Korshøj share the story of the ANGLI legacy and the ANGLI UNIKA project.

The event is part of a collaboration with the Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelts Museum in connection with its 50th anniversary. It explores how the classic Angli shirt, originally produced by Aage Damgaard, is reinterpreted through art, design and new talents.

A short film about the project will be shown during the event. In the foyer, visitors can explore an exhibition by VIA students, presenting shirts and ideas side by side.

The well-known XXL ANGLI shirt and selected designs from the project will also be presented.

The salon offers insight into both design history and contemporary interpretations of a local classic.

Participation is free, with an option to include a shared dinner.
