A Morning of Zen – with Yoga and Freshly Baked Rolls
Grab your yoga mat—and maybe a friend, a neighbour, or a brother who could use a good stretch and a delicious brunch.

Annemette Linneberg from Linneberg Yoga will guide you through 1.5 hours of yoga focused on deep stretches, balance, strength exercises, breathwork, and a final relaxation.

Senior Yoga is designed for those aged 50+, with exercises adapted to senior bodies, and everyone is welcome—whether you're a beginner or a more experienced yoga practitioner.

Annemette delivers the sessions in a way that ensures everyone feels safe and seen.

After yoga (9:00–10:30), brunch will be served at the red tables in the Dining Hall.

Your brunch plate includes:

  • Freshly baked roll with whipped butter

  • Vesterhavs cheese and jam

  • Egg muffin with greens and rye crunch

  • Yoghurt with homemade granola

  • Morning cake and fruit salad

Served with unlimited coffee, tea, and juice.

REMEMBER
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and—if you have them—yoga blocks.
