Menopause - a better transition

Wednesday, 18 February 2026, 7:00 PM.

Learn about the time before, during, and after menopause and how to support your hormones. You may recognize symptoms like PMS with mood swings, changes in menstruation, hot flashes, sleep difficulties, inner restlessness, or dry mucous membranes. This lecture provides practical tools to understand your hormones and take care of both body and mind. Based on the books “Natural Hormone Therapy” and “Woman, Know Your Hormones” by Anette and Jens-Ole Paulin, the talk explains why many women lack progesterone – even during menopause. There will be time for questions, laughter, and learning along the way, and you will leave with insights into hormonal changes, the difference between synthetic and bioidentical hormones, and concrete strategies to manage hormonal fluctuations. Audience: women aged 40 and up, including those in their 70s, who want to understand and prevent hormonal challenges.
