Huset Poulsen is a dynamic house, consisting of two restaurants Cafe Poulsen and Poulsen 1st. Huset Poulsen is family owned and operated.
Together with our 40 employees, we thrive and appreciate giving our guests a unique holistic experience where soul, attitude and "hygge" is our reasons to get up and do what we do, every single day for the past two decades. Our beautiful house is located in the heart of Herning, on one of the city's old squares, Poulsens Plads, hence our name.
