Bryggeriet Herning
At Bryggeriet Herning our home-brewed and freshly tapped beer is of course in focus, but we can offer our guests much more than just nice beer.
Bryggeriet Herning revolves around a long, refined history with a family ownership that has always put quality as well as HYGGE first. We are a brewery, which is reflected in the fact that selected dishes contain beer. Furthermore, we are capable of delivering a good vintage wine. In addition, our staff is specialized in finding the perfect wine for your dish.
Our menu is small, but good. We switch our menu depending on the season, which means that we are able to serve the best fresh produce.
Bryggeriet Hening is located on torvet 3C (in the basement) in one of the city’s most beautiful buildings – namely the old building of Herning Hede- and Diskontobank. The Faroese artist Trondur Patersson has in collaboration with the Danish glass master Per Hebsgaard transformed the old basement into an open bright space with unique lightning. The original safe from 1912 – supplied by Herning Pengeskabsfabrik – has been preserved. In interaction with the large copper boilers, it contributes to the brewery’s very special atmosphere.
