TERMS OF PAYMENT: All bookings through ConventionBureauet/VisitHerning require pre-payment by credit card. ConventionBureauet/VisitHerning charges a fee of 2.3 percent of the total amount.

Booking of B&Bs, apartments and cottages
ANNULMENT: If a notification of cancellation is received more than 40 days prior to your arrival date, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 15% of the total cost. If cancellation is received less than 40 days before the arrival date, you will receive no refund.

ARRIVAL TIME: You may arrive any time between 6pm and 8pm. If you require different arrival times, please contact the B&B owner/cottage owner directly. The phone number can be found on your confirmation letter.

LINEN: During B&B and apartment stays bed linen & towels are included in the price. If you are staying in a cottage, bed linen and towels, however, are NOT included in the price.

BREAKFAST: During B&B stays breakfast is normally included in the price. There are, however, a few exceptions to the rule. Therefore, please make sure to read the description of the B&B carefully before you make your booking. Breakfast is NOT included in cottages and apartments.

Booking of Hotels
BREAKFAST: Breakfast is included in the price. 

Annulment of individual hotel reservations:
If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund. If a notification of cancellation is received 14-2 days before the arrival date, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 25% of the total cost. If cancellation is received less than 2 days before the arrival date, you will receive no refund.
